About

My Story

I'm a USDF Bronze medalist, coach, competitor, and dressage trainer

I'm a dressage rider and human personal trainer, and my focus is always on improving the performance of the horse/rider partnership. With the unique skillset above, I evaluate how imbalances in the combination affect their potential growth. Additionally, I studied horse and rider biomechanics in university, so using research based methods is always at the forefront of my my mind. Influences include Mary Wanless, Kim Kulesa, Stephen Peters, and Amy Miller.
